2024 Jeep Invasion Arrives in Pigeon Forge Behind “Ducking” Founder’s Passing
The 2024 Pigeon Forge Jeep Invasion, an eagerly anticipated annual event that draws significant attention, successfully brought together passionate Jeep enthusiasts from across the nation to celebrate their shared enthusiasm for off-roading and outdoor adventures. Held against the picturesque and scenic backdrop of the breathtaking Smoky Mountains, the event showcased a diverse array of vehicles, each uniquely equipped to tackle rugged terrains with remarkable ease.
Unfortunately, this year's celebration was profoundly marked by the sad passing of Allison Parliament, a beloved and respected figure in the vibrant Jeep community. Allison. known as the “Mother Ducker” is internationally known as the first person to place a duck on a Jeep. After a terrible encounter leaving Parliament shook, she sought to turn her trauma into a smiles for others. She found a yellow rubber duck, wrote “nice Jeep” on it, and left it on a fellow Jeepers car. The rest is history.
